Happe Teachers Club

Teaching doesn’t have to be stressful

What if…

  • Teaching made you excited again?
  • You left work filled with inspired?
  • Your day was filled with joy and laughter

imagine a life like that

That’s where I come in. I’m Sheryl, a Career Coach who recently escaped the classroom because I yearned to create this program to help people like you, who are struggling with some aspect of their job. You can choose to open your heart and mind in a whole new way that touches the hearts and minds of your students. It’s not magic, it’s just love.

I’ll teach you to process your stress and tap into your emotions so you can be the best teacher for your little or not so little charges. Teaching doesn’t have to be like it’s always been.

The HTC is a perfect fit if you…

  • Are ready to learn healthy mind and body practices.
  • Want to avoid unnecessary stress.
  • Are ready to question the throughts that make you unhappy.
  • Want to be a happier teacher but don’t know how.
  • Are ready to love every area of your life.
  • Want to radically transform your life in six months.

Are you ready to BE HAPPE?

The guiding principal of the HTC is to use the BE HAPPE principles outlined in my book, Teaching can kill you: How to survive and BE HAPPE in the classroom, to tap into their passions, discover work that feels like play and then create an exit strategy that will enable you to live happier and healthier life. FAQ

How many people will be in the HTC?

The club is only open to only 25 teachers each year so that they can get the individualized attention they need. This is extremely important work and it’s my mission to ensure that each and every teacher who enrolls gets the help they need to move begin living a healthier and happier life.

How can I ensure my privacy and the things I share in the group remain confidential?

That’s an excellent question. One of the main points I stress during every call is my privacy  protocol to ensure everyone feels safe to share their thoughts and feelings without fear of retribution. It’s important all participants take this seriously. I believe we all need a safe space to share and it’s my intention to create that space for everyone involved in the HTC. Those who violate this will be asked to leave.

What if the HTC isn’t a good fit?

You’re free to leave the HTC at any point and you won’t be charged. My goal is to create a place where teachers learn various ways in which to live healthier and happier lives and if at anytime it’s not a good fit that’s okay.

How much time will I have to devote to the HTC each month?

We will meet as a whole group for an hour twice a month and you will have homework to do before then which should take no more than an hour which means you’ll dedicate around 4 hours a month.

Is there a waiting list once the HTC is filled?

Yes! Just email me here and you’ll be put on the list.

There’s a group of 10 or more co-workers who want to have a private club. Is that possible?

It sure is. Just send me an email with your contact information and I’m confident I can create a club to meet your groups specific needs.
