About

I’m Sheryl, and all of my life experiences led to the belief that I am the only one who can create a life I love. I’ve always thought it was an inside job. From the time I was a little girl, I somehow knew life shouldn’t include fear and disappointment. I understood my childhood should be better than it was. I’m grateful for that insight at such an early age. I knew I was responsible for creating my own life and worked several jobs to pay for my college degrees. When my kids were born, I wanted to be a good role model in how relationships should and shouldn’t be. Years later, I divorced their dad and bought my first house. My kids and I created a home filled with love. A week after my divorce was final, I shared a stage with Oprah Winfrey and Martha Beck, two women who helped me get to that place and time. I felt it was the ultimate sign that I did the right thing. I took yet another leap of faith when I retired from teaching. The time had come for me to move on, and I went back to school and earned a Masters in Organizational Leadership and Coaching. My last day of teaching and graduation were a week apart, and I was grateful for the opportunity to work with my clients and book several speaking gigs. Now, I’ve decided to start a coaching school to teach students who feel led to help others live happe lives. In the process, they will learn to coach themselves first. I’m incredibly grateful for the lessons I’ve learned and ecstatic that I get to help my clients and coaching students create lives they love. I’ve realized creating a life filled with joy is achievable to anyone at any age. If you’re ready to start, schedule a free 30-minute Discovery Session here. It’s time to create a life you love.
